Happy March!

Hope you all did something super special to celebrate leap day! Here in the Schmitt household, we went to the gym, made chicken parmesan, and watched snippets of one of The Godfather movies (they're on all week). Oh and I also informed Paul that I think it would be super fun to have a baby on leap day, so I'm crossing my fingers for February 29, 2016. Woo hoo!

But now, we're on to bigger and better...

The Elliotts come to Arizona! My birthday month! Springtime! March is so great!

Even living in a warmer climate, I'm still really excited for springtime. Everyone gets so cheerful and breaks out lovely cheerful colors and shows off their newly painted toes. It's so wonderful. Spring is full of hope, and I feel hopeful and expectant this season. Hopeful that Paul will find a job where he can work hard and joyfully and unto the Lord. Hopeful that we'll find a church to call home. Hopeful that we'll make a friend or two. Lots of gifts from above we're waiting expectantly and hopefully for :) 

And on top of it, it might sound lame, but it does get kind of chilly here sometimes in the morning and at night so I'm looking forward to a little rise in temperature as well!!
