The Boat Song

I wanted to share this sweet song and video today by JJ Heller. I loved watching it and by the end I was sitting with a silly smile staring at my computer. It's a really cute song love song for a spouse, but it also kind of made me think of a darling lullaby love song for your child. Anyways, it's adorable!

Happy Birthday, Arizona

Tomorrow marks the 100th year of Arizona as an official state. To celebrate, Paul and I went to the centennial celebration this weekend, Best Fest. We walked around and glanced through all the history booths, ate some disgusting chinese food, drank a delicious chocolate shake and enjoyed some free concerts. Everything you might expect from a state festival! My favorite event of the evening was the performance by Michelle Branch. Nothing brings you back to high school like "Everywhere," "Are You Happy Now," and "All You Wanted." So fun!  We also stayed a little for the Gin Blossoms...you know... "Hey Jealousy" and "Follow You Down"...yea I didn't know any of the other songs. All in all it was a really fun night!
