the storm is passing over

i noticed.

Taking pictures forces me to notice little things. I like training myself see life's details because it can be so easy for me to go about my day only paying attention to myself. But with a camera in hand, there is nowhere for me to focus except outside of myself! I hope to continue spending more and more time outside of myself - both behind the camera and in my everyday moments.

I can see clearly now.

Fancy weekend moments.

So thankful for evening walks and talks.

Goodnight moon.

 

Late lies the wintry sun a-bed,

A frosty, fiery sleepy-head;

Blinks but an hour or two; and then,

A blood-red orange, sets again. 

  On a night like this.

I can taste them from here!

 

 Fair is the sunshine, fairer still the moonlight

And all the twinkling starry host

Jesus shines brighter, Jesus shines purer

Than all the angels heaven can boast

Sometimes things are fuzzy.

Just beyond these office walls.
